How to Find us
wpae220d4f_0f.jpg
At Bradley Burn Farm we grow wheat, barley, oil seed rape and potatoes.  We raise beef cattle and keep a small flock of Wensleydale sheep.

The farm is situated in lower Weardale.  It has a 14th century manor house (now partly in ruins) at its heart and is bordered on the south by the river Wear.

We love looking after the landscape and have an ongoing programme of hedgelaying and planting to improve wildlife habitats as well as preserving existing trees, dry stone walls and ancient archeological earthworks.

The farm has a network of footpaths and bridleways running through it and we have developed a nature trail that takes in many of the farm’s features, providing walkers with descriptive boards en route.   A map of the farm trail can be obtained from the shop.  Why not come and explore!
